Thank you for using LotoLab.

These Terms of Service explain the rules for accessing and using the platform, its tools, analysis features, plans, alerts, forms, and related services.

By creating an account, using LotoLab, or subscribing to a plan, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, you should not use the platform.

LotoLab is an independent analysis and organization platform for Melate, Revancha, and Revanchita. It is not part of Lotería Nacional, does not currently sell official tickets, does not pay prizes, and does not officially validate tickets.

1. What LotoLab is

LotoLab is a digital platform that provides tools to analyze historical results, explore filters, create Sets, save combinations, register tickets purchased outside the platform, and receive informational alerts about relevant matches.

LotoLab is designed to help you play with more structure, context, and follow-up.

LotoLab is not a guaranteed prediction system and cannot ensure results, prizes, winnings, or matches.

Lottery games remain games of chance.

2. Independent project

LotoLab is an independent project.

It is not part of Melate, Revancha, Revanchita, Lotería Nacional, government agencies, official lottery operators, or companies related to the official sale or administration of tickets.

All mentioned trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only for informational, descriptive, and reference purposes.

3. Use of the platform

You may use LotoLab to:

• Access available information and tools.
• Explore basic or advanced filters.
• Create and save Sets.
• Register combinations.
• Register tickets purchased outside LotoLab.
• Receive informational alerts.
• Review matches against published results.
• Use analysis tools, profiles, sandboxes, or AI assistance, depending on your plan.

By using the platform, you agree to use it responsibly, legally, and in accordance with these Terms.

4. User account

Some LotoLab features require an account.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for any activity carried out through your account.

You must provide accurate, current, and sufficient information to use the platform properly.

If you detect unauthorized use of your account, please notify us as soon as possible.

LotoLab may suspend or limit accounts when it detects abuse, fraudulent use, unauthorized access attempts, system manipulation, or a violation of these Terms.

5. Plans and subscriptions

LotoLab may offer free and paid plans.

Each plan may include different features, limits, tools, alerts, support levels, filters, analysis features, AI access, or additional benefits.

The currently planned plans are:

• Free.
• Contest.
• Pro.

The features of each plan are shown on the Pricing page and may change as the platform evolves.

During the early stage, LotoLab may offer launch prices for first users or beta testers. These prices may change in the future, but any relevant adjustment will be communicated clearly.

6. Payments

Your LotoLab payment covers access to the platform, analysis tools, and features included in your plan.

Your LotoLab payment does not include the purchase of official tickets.

For now, LotoLab does not sell official tickets. If ticket purchase, third-party integration, or ticket-related payments are enabled later, this will be clearly explained before any such operation takes place.

When payment providers are integrated, transactions may be subject to the terms, conditions, and policies of those providers.

7. Cancellations and plan changes

When paid plans are active, you will be able to cancel or change your plan according to the options available inside the platform or through enabled support channels.

Canceling a plan may affect access to premium features, advanced history, alerts, analysis, personal filters, sandboxes, or other benefits associated with your plan.

If specific billing, renewal, refund, free trial, or promotion rules apply, they will be shown on the platform or on the corresponding page.

While payment integration is not active, any pricing, subscription, or plan information may be considered preparatory, beta, or subject to adjustment.

8. Registered tickets

LotoLab allows or may allow users to register tickets purchased outside the platform.

Registering a ticket is meant to organize your plays, track combinations, and compare your numbers against published results.

Registering a ticket in LotoLab is not the same as purchasing an official ticket.

LotoLab does not issue, sell, certify, validate, or replace official tickets.

You must keep your physical ticket or official receipt and verify any prize through the corresponding official channels.

9. Alerts and matches

LotoLab may send alerts when a registered, generated, or saved combination has relevant matches with published results.

These alerts are informational.

A LotoLab alert does not represent official prize validation, does not guarantee a right to claim a prize, and does not replace official ticket review.

LotoLab may make mistakes, experience delays, or depend on external data published by third parties. You should always verify any possible prize directly through official channels.

10. Results and historical information

LotoLab uses historical results and documents published by available public or official sources, including documents published by Lotería Nacional.

Although we try to keep information updated and correct, there may be delays, upload errors, inconsistencies, changes in external files, or temporary differences between official publication and updates inside LotoLab.

When we detect that results are not up to date, we will try to display a visible notice inside the platform.

11. Analysis, filters, and AI

LotoLab's analysis tools, filters, profiles, rankings, sandboxes, and AI assistance are informational and exploratory resources.

They do not constitute financial advice, betting advice, a prize guarantee, or a safe prediction.

AI may help you compare, interpret, or explore information, but it can make mistakes, miss context, or produce inaccurate results.

You should use the information under your own judgment.

12. Acceptable use

You must not use LotoLab to:

• Access accounts, systems, or data without authorization.
• Attempt to compromise platform security.
• Automate requests abusively.
• Extract data through unauthorized scraping.
• Upload false, malicious, or misleading information.
• Interfere with the operation of the service.
• Use the platform for illegal purposes.
• Resell, copy, or commercially exploit the platform without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to obtain non-public source code.
• Use discovered vulnerabilities to access, modify, delete, or download information that does not belong to you.

LotoLab may limit, suspend, or cancel accounts that violate these rules.

13. Vulnerability reporting

If you find a possible vulnerability, please report it responsibly through the "Report a Vulnerability" page or the channel indicated by LotoLab.

When reporting a vulnerability, you must avoid: accessing other people's information, modifying data, downloading information, interrupting the service, or exploiting the issue beyond what is necessary to demonstrate it safely.

We appreciate responsible reports, but submitting a report does not automatically create a reward, employment relationship, contract, or payment obligation for LotoLab.

14. User content

When using LotoLab, you may enter combinations, Sets, registered tickets, messages, reports, preferences, favorites, and other information related to your use of the platform.

You retain your rights over the information you enter.

You authorize us to use that information only to operate the platform, provide the service, save your history, generate alerts, compare results, provide support, improve the system, and comply with our obligations.

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.

15. Anonymous data and system improvement

LotoLab may use aggregated or anonymous information to improve its filters, evaluate system effectiveness, detect errors, analyze performance, and understand how the tools are used.

This information should not identify you individually or publish your personal combinations.

When the platform supports it, you will be able to opt out of sharing anonymous usage data for internal analysis.

16. Intellectual property

LotoLab, its design, brand, interface, text, components, models, code, structure, analysis, charts, documentation, internal databases, and visual elements belong to their respective owners.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit parts of LotoLab without prior written authorization.

You may use the platform according to these Terms and your active plan.

17. Third-party services

LotoLab may use third-party services for hosting, email, security, analytics, payments, cookie consent, support, monitoring, or similar functionality.

These services may have their own terms and policies.

LotoLab does not fully control external services and is not responsible for failures, changes, interruptions, or decisions made by such providers outside our reasonable control.

18. Service availability

We work to keep LotoLab available and working properly, but we do not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or uninterrupted service.

The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, technical failures, errors, infrastructure changes, attacks, force majeure events, or issues with external providers.

19. Feature changes

LotoLab is evolving.

We may add, modify, limit, replace, or remove features, filters, plans, prices, benefits, content, or platform components.

When a change significantly affects a paid feature or the main use of the service, we will try to communicate it clearly.

20. Limitation of liability

LotoLab is provided as an analysis, organization, and tracking tool.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, LotoLab will not be responsible for losses, damages, unmet expectations, lack of prizes, play decisions, errors in external data, update delays, third-party failures, or incorrect interpretations of results.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

21. User responsibility

You are responsible for: deciding whether to play or not, choosing your combinations, purchasing official tickets through the corresponding channels, keeping your receipts, verifying prizes through official channels, using the platform responsibly, and reviewing information before making decisions.

LotoLab does not encourage you to play more than you can afford and does not guarantee that using the platform will increase your chances of winning.

22. Suspension or termination

We may suspend, limit, or cancel your access to LotoLab if you violate these Terms, use the platform abusively, attempt to compromise security, create risk for other users, provide false or misleading information, engage in illegal activities, or there is a legal or technical obligation to do so.

You may also stop using LotoLab at any time.

23. Privacy

The use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

We recommend reading it to understand what data we collect, how we use it, how we use cookies, and how you can exercise your rights.

24. Communications

We may communicate with you by email, in-platform notices, system messages, or available contact methods.

Communications may include account information, results, matches, security, support, important changes, subscription, pricing, or service updates.

25. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal, technical, operational, or product changes.

When changes are important, we will try to notify users inside the site or through available means.

The version published on this page will be the current version.

Continued use of LotoLab after an update means you accept the updated Terms.

26. Governing law and contact

These Terms will be interpreted according to the applicable laws of Mexico, unless a mandatory provision states otherwise.
