LotoLab is an independent analysis and organization platform for Melate, Revancha, and Revanchita. It is not part of Lotería Nacional, does not currently sell official tickets, does not pay prizes, and does not officially validate tickets.

Information we may collect
Depending on how you use LotoLab, we may collect the following categories of information:
Account information

We do not store your password in plain text.
Platform usage data
We may store information related to your Sets, combinations, favorite numbers, filters used, analysis profiles, activity history, registered tickets, related draws, and results compared within the platform.
This information allows us to save your preferences, keep your history, and send alerts when a registered or generated combination has relevant matches.
Registered ticket data
If you register a ticket purchased outside LotoLab, we may store the numbers entered, draw date, draw number, lottery mode, and any additional data needed to compare your play against published results.
LotoLab does not currently sell official tickets. Ticket registration inside the platform is used only for organization, tracking, and informational comparison.
Subscription data
If you use a paid plan, we may store information related to your plan, subscription status, start date, renewal or cancellation dates, active benefits, and technical references needed to integrate payment providers in the future.
If no online payment integration is active, LotoLab does not store complete bank card data or payment credentials.

If you contact us through support, contact, or vulnerability report forms, we may collect your name, email address, subject, message, report category, estimated severity, affected URL, technical description, reproduction steps, and any information you choose to share.
We recommend not including sensitive information unless it is necessary to handle your request.

We retain your data while your account is active or as long as needed to operate the platform, provide support, maintain history, comply with legal obligations, prevent abuse, or resolve disputes.
You may request deletion of certain data or your account, subject to any applicable legal obligations or legitimate retention needs.

We apply reasonable measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
